Roger Wilco Aviation Services Terms of Use Agreement

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Roger Wilco Aviation Services website (the “Site”), any associated mobile applications (the “Application”), and services including online stores, subscription-based services, and other features provided by Roger Wilco Aviation Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our Site, Application, or Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site, Application, and Services immediately.

- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, though refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
c. Application Purchases (In-App):
- Purchases made within the Application are governed by this Agreement and the respective platform’s terms (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
6. Refund Policy
- Online Store: Refunds or exchanges are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
- Subscriptions: Refunds for subscription fees are issued only if the cancellation occurs prior to the renewal date.
- Application Purchases: Refunds for in-app purchases are managed through the respective app store.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Site, Application, or Services for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of our partners.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
